I used to have my auto insurance with another agency but there was practically no customer service, and the premium kept increasing and increasing (and not by a little!)
I've been very happy with this agency since I switched over, the customer service reps get back to you as soon as they can, are courteous and helpful. If you have a problem with the insurance company they take care of it for you, I'd definitely recommend them!
