I went to Dlj for my front end problem Dave checked the car and told me that all I need is wheel alignment and he also notice that my inspection wS expired
I had everything done I'll defiantly be back the service was great and David is one of the nieces mechanics I ever
Met.

Don't go there period

Went there because my check engine light came on so mr Dave there hooks up his little diagnostics machine and tells me all the possible problems "I might have " in the process charges me a 100 plus tax just to tell me this...Comes back and tell me it's gonna be about 800 hundred to fix ..parts and labor wow so I left and told him I would be back. A friend told me about"AUTOMATIC" Its a device u hook up to your diagnostic port in your vehicle and it works with your smart phone once I hooked it up and opened up the app it told me exactly what the problem was.it shows me how to fix it even gives me the the option to clear the engine light..bottom line the part cost me 39 bucks I put it in my self thanks to YouTube saved my self 800 bucks;)

Horrible horrible experience!!! I dropped off my car early afternoon due to a faulty alternator which was covered under warranty for 1 year. Took it to the shop that day and dropped it off. Dave (the owner) tells me it's the alternator and to come back the next morning ok no problem. I come the next morning being told the part is on the way. 5 hours goes by, yes you read that right 5 hours and I'm sitting there like a fool, no sorries, no updates,. Of course when I ask him repeatedly wheres the part he just tells me he didn't know it would take long. Well gee Dave, maybe after seeing me wait for that long you can call the parts person and give me an update or suggest I even go home. I rarely write reviews but this moment got me so heated, the other reviewer is probably a friend or family member. I am home again because I just couldn't deal with it. So 2 days will go by just to fix an alternator. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are plenty of other decent shops around, also his prices are crazy, beware!!!!

Listen folks, DLJ is a top notch mechanic shop. I run a small business and when I need our vans fixed right the first time, in a timely manner, and a fair price, I go to DLJ! They are very professional and SO honest!! I never have to worry if am going to cheated, this means a lot when spending quite a bit on repairs for our company's fleet. Look if you have personal vehicles, or business vehicles it doesn't matter DLJ has the expertise and staff to take good care of you - alignments, check! NY inspections, check! oil change, check! technical engine work, check! it doesn't matter these guys are da real deal!! and most of all they are honest and it done right the first time
