Waited for a hour and a half and finally had to leave cause people with "appointments" came in after us. The place is clique and serve preferred customers instead of first come. Will never go back there again.

These guys give some nice haircuts, but they have some MAJOR scheduling issues. Be prepared to wait upwards of an hour for a haircut, even if you have made a reservation. I don't have the time to wait for hours with a reservation so I will not be coming here again.

No doubt best barber shop/salon I've ever been to. The atmosphere is amazing, you feel at home with plenty of people to talk to. The barber Fernando knows exactly what he's doing. Ever time I leave his shop, I leave knowing my hair is on point. The travel from Brooklyn to Queens is worth ever minute. Go visit and I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

I've been coming to Fernando since he opened the shop a few years ago, the reason being simply that, he is the best. He is a master of the art that is cutting hair. What sets him apart is not only his ability and knowledge on what he does but, the fact that he sparks up a conversation. I see myself coming to Fernando no matter where he may be, for years to come. He is not only my barber but my very good friend.
