Ryan and Bonnie at DISH are the absolute BEST!!! They run a great company of people who truly care about producing a great event with delicious food! At the start of the planning process Bonnie took the time to sit down with us and found out what our wants, needs and wishes were for our big day. She TRULY CATERS her work to you--with a special touch! She makes you feel like your wedding is the only one she is working on (which is not the case at all!) because her work is so timely, detailed and personal. We knew after the first time meeting her that we wanted to go with DISH as our caterer! She put together an entire package of amazing food, special cocktails, desserts, our wedding cake, menus, wedding programs, furniture rentals, event planning services – you name it, she was there for us to help plan and execute every detail leading up to and the day of! Bonnie’s ability to plan and coordinate without missing any detail is truly top notch! We got to meet with Ryan during our tasting – we asked if we could bring my mom along as well because she was in town for the weekend. This seriously turned into a party! Even during the tasting, no detail was overlooked! They provided such an amazing experience for myself, my wife and my mom and we had so much fun getting to know Ryan and Bonnie even more! Because the process leading up to the wedding went so well and we were so impressed with DISH’s service and food, that we also asked them to cater our rehearsal dinner – which also turned out perfect!!
The final product – THE WEDDING DAY – was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Ryan, Bonnie and their team of catering staff gave us the most special wedding gift - A DAY OF PERFECTION! They are true professionals. Every one of them was sweet and lovely to work with, while also working fast and efficiently - always focused on us, our families and our guests! The day went off without a hitch, because Bonnie was running the show!!! We didn’t have a worry or a care in the world that day and we enjoyed every single moment! The servers operate like a Broadway Performance – delivering each plate perfectly in sync and the food revealed on the plate was fresh and piping hot! I have seriously never seen any catering staff as carefully coordinated as the day of our wedding – it was like watching a production! The food was SO AMAZING & DELICIOUS! We still have guests raving about it to this day and we got married almost a year ago!
We have been to countless weddings and many large catered professional and personal events and have seen the aftermath of hiring a sub-par caterer – not good! And many times people say – “you get what you pay for.” But I have to say that one of the most amazing things about working with DISH is that they have very fair and reasonable pricing. And knowing what the quality of their work is, it really is a steal because of the value of their work!!! It is so important to find people that you can TRUST when you are planning a big event (especially a wedding!) – Ryan & Bonnie are definitely those people! DISH was not just our caterer – they helped us plan, organize and set the ambiance for our wedding day! They were amazing partners in giving us advice and guiding us leading up to and on the day – they helped us to create the perfect day to celebrate our love! Our wedding ended up being featured in a few publications as well – Style Me Pretty & Downtown magazine! As I scroll through Pinterest I often times see photos of our wedding featured and we have Ryan, Bonnie and the entire DISH team to thank for making the day absolutely outstanding! We absolutely LOVED working with Ryan and Bonnie and would recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing catering company to handle their event! We will continue to use DISH in the future for any events, no matter how small or large! They are extremely talented and all around wonderful people! We love you guys!
