Quick service, friendly staff, reasonable prices on laundry and dry cleaning. Never any issues. What more do you want? After moving to Brooklyn, I still use them as my local place smells.

I use it for wash and fold. They never ruined anything, but they also have not figured out how to sort socks fully. Just a middle of the road place to me. $0.85 per pound.

Description:
I took laundry on 3 different occassion and each was more disappointing than the other. Although they are probably one of the least expensive in the area they are also the WORST QUALITY BY FAR. My dress shirts remained wrinkled in noticeable areas, the seams they hemmed fell apart and my stains were not removed. The service people will tell you whatever to make the sale and one even said that "the delivery guy is Spanish, he is not smart like you, he no speak english..." Fortunately I am fluent and I was able to easily communicate with the delivery guy which the employee was not able to understand. I highly highly recommend bypassing this place of so called "business"

I used them for about 3 months. A few weeks ago, i noticed that a dress shirt I sent them to dry clean was returned discolored and shrunken. I later found out that they had shrunk other dress shirts of mine that were supposedly "dry cleaned." I think they simply washed them and ironed them, charging me for dry cleaning.

All of my complaints were not answered. They told me this has never happened before. Well, it happened multiple times to me. I am so upset i am currently considering taking them to court. This was not just an isolated incident.
