Direct Mattress and Furniture

A very good furniture store.

Went here in June 2015 and ordered a bunch of furniture a month in advance for a move that took place in July. On move day, only a mattress was delivered. The desk and chair were somehow not available yet, despite being ordered a month in advance. The chair came a few days later, and the wrong desk came. After waiting over a month for a desk, I gave up on getting one from this company and ordered a different one online, since I needed one immediately for work. Direct refused to give me a refund for the $150 desk that never showed up, only store credit. It should not take over a month to get the right desk.

Nearly a year later, the mattress is creaky and worn out, and the office chair is extremely squeaky, worn out, and one of the wheels is broken, which did significant damage to the wood flooring in my apartment. I have had to buy a new chair to replace it and will have to pay for the damage the chair caused to my floor. The furniture sold to me is absolutely terrible quality, especially for the price I paid.
