I'm a new car owner and as such have very little knowledge of car maintenance/repair. Hearing and reading a lot of horror stories I was apprehensive to go to one. I'm glad I chose this one.

Naum, the owner, always there to explain in details the technicalities or just to chat and keep you good company. Alex, the mechanic, has great skill and knowledge. I visited the place few times since my first and now they are not just my mechanics but more like friends.

If I have an issue with my car now, or think I have one, I do no hesitate to go to Naum and co since I know I will receive fair treatment and pleasant experience. I fully trust them to fix my car only when it truly needs fixing. The prices seemed more than fair to me.

This place did a great job and without me having to leave the car for two days like everyone else. instead they ordered the parts, prepared them and my wife went there for installation of rear bumper. a few hours later she drove away a happy cuustomer. Naum is also very friendly and personable to deal with. I will use them again.

I had an excellent experience with this place. When I first called, the owner picked up and readily gave me a rough estimate - which was not high at all. Usually when I call an auto shop or mechanic, a grumpy man picks up and I feel crappy for even calling and disturbing them. I was encouraged to bring my car for an exact estimate at my convenience. I came to the shop on a random day and my car was taken in on the spot.

I got my car back quickly; the owner himself even picked me up so I didn't have to take the train or look for transportation to the shop. I was really worried about the color matching due to the unique color of my beloved m3, the Laguna Seca Blue. The car was washed and upon being lovingly dried, taken outside in the light so that I could inspect it. Jose, who did the body work, was very nice and listened to all of my instructions. He remembered to put on all of the supplied parts and everything came out very nicely. The aftermarket CSL style bumper was especially taken care of and fitted, it wasn't just slapped on (which is what happened to me with another shop; my bumper even fell off and the shop claimed it was my fault because I didn't supply some clips). Before I left, they helped me with a seat in the back that would not fold up - it was quickly fixed at no charge.

Finally, when I drove home I noticed my car had even been polished and the swirl marks I had on the hood were gone. Perfect. I will be going back to Direct Drive again!

Excellent Service; Knowledgeable AND Trustworthy. Naum's shop sets the bar for excellent customer service. The engine on my 2007 Ford Explorer failed and after taking the car to the dealership and another shop, I feared the worst, but Naum carefully and methodically diagnosed my car, educated me on the issues and presented me with options to have the car repaired. Once the car was fixed he presented a plan to follow up to ensure everything was in order. Naum and his mechanics are the consummate professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
