Great customer service on the phone they look for my product and she was very nice to me

It would be an amazing store if not for the staff. I tried to ask questions about some retro games and they were very snobbish and dismissive. I ended up just buying everything cheaper online just because I didn't want to help their fill paychecks. I have worked in the customer service industry and I would have been fired for acting this way regularly to customers. And from reading other reviews I see that it was not just me. To the owner, your employees acting this way just sends customers elsewhere. I love the store itself but something must be done about your unfriendly staff.

Digital Press is a retro video game store that has a lot of fans and people who love it. I myself have been there multiple times and can say that I have been treated very poorly. I don't like a lot of the staff especially the female workers since they can be very rude and harsh to even the newest of customers like me. I find myself as a collector of a old video games that they are simply a means to an end. I've bought many games and controllers there and for some reason they never work. I have made multiple trips there to get a new controller or game but this is unacceptable. They should be testing every item that they try to sell. I can't believe they have a bargain bin that almost every game in there is broken. They should be ashamed of themselves for even trying to make money off of something that has not been tested. My advice to anyone who goes here is to be aware of the staff for their rude behaviors and always ask them to test anything you buy from them.

Been buying small things from here for a few years, but decided to purchase one of their complete retro console packs a few days ago. Got an NES, all the AV/Power cables, an original controller, and 2 games (Mario 1/Duck Hunt/Track Meet and Bases Loaded). After a good amount of testing, I came to the conclusion that the 72 pin connector was at the end of its life, and brough the console back to replace / refund. Much to my surprise, they repaired it on the spot! It's rediculous to offer 30 day replacement warranties on old consoles, but Digital Press really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I would gladly purchase another retro console pack, and will continue to shop here and recommend it to friends.
Also, that Neo Geo arcade machine.

The staff here is by far some of the most knowledgeable and polite employees I've every encountered. They're truly dedicated to make sure people enjoy their gaming experience with quality systems, games and accessories!
