i contacted digi sign in july 2012. they responded fairly quickly. they were helpful in creating what i wanted. they built the awning and installed i i noticed some bubbling in the color striping and they said they would come back to take care of it. after numerous calls, most unreturned they sill havent come to fix the problem . now the striping has been peeling for over 8 months . i call 1 last time to offer some more work on another of my store signs. they said i"ll be there saturday. they never showed. i called again to find out why and i was told cant talk now ill call back and was hung up on.. it seems once the balance is paid they are done with the customer. would not recommend them.
