1)they performed a repair i did not authorize, informed me after the repair and then proceeded to inflate the quoted price when i went to pay- JUST BE HONESTTTTTT UPFRONT WHY BAIT AND SWITCH 2)The jokes and friendless, about other shops and being with black people is nonsense-they are after your money just like any other shop.
3) the discount is a joke-they just want u to pay cash to avoid CC fees and probably other things as well
4) they charge tax on cash transaction, which is unusual considering they increase the base price with a credit card
5) their guys, like most shops are excellent on gauging u ability to pay-they will look at ur car, talk to u, the way u react to estimates to see if they can pull a little more out of you.
6) receipts are hand written
7)be prepared to spend more money than u expect, there isnt any discount or anything special...THEY JUST WANT UR MONEY
