PGA pro was very helpful, cool and knowledgeable, we hit a few with trackman on and got me the numbers i used to get with my old irons, so am very happy to say the least will probably go back and try check out the number for my driver since i feel that the golfsmith staff usually looks down on you unless your hitting upper 110 SS.
Kudos to Dick's they must of hired all those PRO back i guess.

I was in your store today Dec 21st as i was being followed around your store in desperate need of help only one of your sales people approached me and asked me if i needed help but was so concerned about what i was looking for but as soon as i asked her she quickly dismissed me by saying what we have on the floor is what we have but the rest of your staff continued to follow me i think i will stick to your south plainfield location from now on

i don't write review generally. But,i must write at this time.a cashier was very very really unkind, unfriendly and rude. i don't understand why he suggest to refusal my coupon.He didn't explain the situation.i am not going to this store never never.

Extremely high prices, you can find the same items at nearly 30% off on other online retailers. On top of that, the customer service is some of the worst I have encountered, sales representatives and employees make no attempt to be friendly or helpful. I'm seriously surprised as to how on Earth this place is open still. Take your money elsewhere.

I generally don't write google reviews, never negative at that. But this place was so horrible, and insulting, that I had to. We went there today to exchange something for my husband. While there, I decided to try a couple of their swimsuits, they were $78 each but because I swim regularly I was okay with spending if it's good quality. Their fitting rooms are tough to find, and someone has to unlock it even if you do. Saw this associate (the store was pretty empty for a July 4th sale - there were only a couple more people in the entire floor) and said 'excuse me', she literally raised her finger at me in a sign to keep quiet with the other hand on her bluetooth (some earth shattering conversation she was having I guess) and then just WALKED AWAY!!! It was so insulting...so I put back the $160 worth goods I was going to buy, and went to the checking line to get over with the exchange. There the guy asked us to sign up for rewards and we told him we don't want to because we are never coming back and narrated our experience - the guy just gave us a blank look! No 'I'm sorry you had such an experience' nothing!!!! That's a pretty interesting expectation that you pay for their pricey items and be insulted while you're at it! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAFF!
