Don't pay attention to the prices listed on their website; apparently, those prices were posted several years ago and were never updated. Their website states a trip from Queens to Queens is $45 each way. I was charged $100 each way from Queens to Queens. But that's still a halfway decent price for an ambulette in NYC. The first ambulette (trip to appointment) came on time; the second one (trip back home) came 40 minutes late. Both drivers were courteous and they both drove safely, however, the ambulettes don't have shoulder straps for wheelchair travelers.
