Do you need a fine doctor check up and no customer service? Than this place perfectly suits your expectations.
I was so glad Doctor Diana was that attantive and friendy, she asked a lot of questions and check up was 100% proffesional and I was so satisfied.
Unless I will speak regarding other people who working in there. They are rude, they do not watch their work.
Two examples.The day before my appointment they called me like four times a day to remind to come and just disturbed me all the time, only because they forgot to indicate they already called me previously.
Second. The person who help to pick up the actual glasses. Oh, that man is sooooo rude and unfriendly. Come on guys, i paid from my pocket and i expected a full service which i deserve as a costumer!
And the last one which totally pissed me off. They prescribed me a glasses. which i supposed to pick up before 7pm. I finishhed my work at 5.30pm and kindly asked if they gonna be closed on time because i am coming so they assured me they not gonna cose before 7pm. I called twice to beg they wait for me. At the final point i made it there at 6.55 pm. And guess what office was closed.
Even the doctor is so nice and professional IT WAS DEFINATELY MY FIRST AT THE VERY LAST TIME AT Dr. Diana Simkhovich OFFICE.

She is an excellent OD. Her staff is excellent too. They are very helpful and review all of your options with you and answer all of questions in such a manner that is thoughtful. They care. I recommended!

Doctor was exceptional, patience, kind and very attentive. Her professionalism was beyond words. She explains everything with concern for her clients. She is great. The doctor answered all my questions and took time with me. I did not feel rushed or anything. My appointment was at 11:00 and the photograph of my eyes completed and was out by 11:30. Efficient and fast I would definitely go back to Dr. Simkhovich. Excellent service nice people and I would recommend anyone to go.
