I was looking for many months for a ring and nowhere i went to treated me as nicely as sean and kathy in there store. they were over 2 thousand dollars cheaper than everyone else that i went to and after i purchased the ring i went to have it appraised and it appraised for more than double what i paid for it. they are the best !!! and my wife absolutely loved the ring!!!

Bought a diamond ring in platinum from these people. We live in ireland , got home a day later to realise the diamond was loose. Took it to two diamond experts in Belfast. They told us the ring was badly made and the setting didnt fit the ring. These people told me that there is no refund, and if its bought its not their problem anymore. Also they wouldnt even think of paying for the carriage each way which would total 300 dollars. We feel ripped off and will not be purchasing any wedding rings there and will be warning people of this so called specialist in rings. I am seeking a consumer lawyer in manhattan to make an example of rip off people like this .
