My mother had an old Hardwick range that was so old it was white enamel and had a pilot light. One day the oven door would not stay shut. I took a look at it and saw that the door spring was broken. I needed to call a range repair service but did not know who. I took a chance and called Dial Appliance Service who I knew from previous work. I gave them the model of the stove and told them I needed a spring and they called back an hour later and said they found one. They guy came and put it in and the old stove is baking again.

I have an old Whirlpool washer and it lasted for 15 years without ever having a problem. One day I was washing a load of clothes and it started shaking and moving away from the wall. I got a little nervous that it would break free so I pulled the plug and called Dial Appliance Service. The washer repair technician came to my home and he took a look at it. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with it. It became off balance from a shift in the flooring below and the heavy load I had placed in it. He just put it back and leveled it and it was as good as the day that I bought it.

When my washer decided it was going to stop running of course it was filled with water. I gave a call to Dial Appliance Service Repair and they came right out and got it up and running again. It was nothing serious thank goodness. They could have charged me for a lot bigger washer repair but they didn’t. I really appreciated their honesty.

This company was recommended to me by General Electric customer service. My GE washing machine is out of 1 year warranty but I didn’t spend a lot of money for this repair. Technician found clogged drain pump, cleaned it out and machine is working again without replacing any parts. Thanks Dial. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Dial Appliance. I called for service when my refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling and technician by name Steve came by same afternoon. He found the problem but only had one of the two parts needed in his truck. He changed the part on my refrigerator and went back to his shop to pick up the other part. By the time he was back the refrigerator already started cooling off. He replaced the thermostat on my freezer and cleaned up the dust behind the freezer. Very nice person and good mechanic. I would highly recommend this company.
