They charge for deliveries they say you called for which NEVER happened. Then they scream on the phone demanding you to pay for make believe service THEN they mail you a phoney summons in the mail to make you think there is a court date. Luckily we had a case on that day and there was no real court date. Also they just changed their name to TELL MESSENGER & TRUCKING SERVICE. Same #, same address. The nerve!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

We had used Dial a couple times and things seemed ok (even though a couple of the messengers smelled like alcohol). The last time, about three weeks ago, the messenger never returned our paperwork. We have called Dial several times--the owner/dispatcher is rude and his only explanation is "the guy didn't come in today, so I don't have your papers." Do not use this service for your important documents!!! Beware!

We have used they for letters, few lb small boxes and recently tried with a 102lb printer box and they were always amazing.. Thanks John and Keith

By that I mean leaving fliers advertising their business. Not only is it anti green but its more annoying than the menus that magically appear at your doorstep. I called to complain and was greeted by the owner in the rudest way imaginable. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! And any educated consumer out there looking for a quality courier service with good tempered messengers might want to think twice before using Dial Courier.
