engaged in l.digeronimo's services as an architect only....started back in march, 2015 and still no finished product. Paid 15,000.00, for all work in designing to engineering to final sealed blueprints with elevations and engineering soil and foundation requirements. Lost our home in Sandy, 2012 and still having problems with rebuilding from sketch. Be beware all vendors know what RREM has designated as architect designs and it tops out at 15,000.00. however this firm has requested more monies for additional work they haven't even done. I supplied this firm with all surveys/elevations/zoning/deed/and they never reach their engineer until 6/22, which I had to send them all reports/prior engineering work/soil information...now they claim the house is in a V zone. Which really is an invisible line, Be careful because if you don't go with DiGeronimo's builder ; Blue Diamond , who never meets your budget.....Lou tries to charge above the limit from his brochure/rrem/and work which is already included in the $15,0000. which includes his availability from start to finish as a property consultant.......JUST BE WATCHFUL...
