Great location with good connection to Manhattan (either bus to Port Authority or 5 min walk to Water Taxi (much faster!)). The suite itself is very nice, modern and with all the equipment one might need. Very comfortable. The roof-top terrace is also very nice with good view towards NYC. We liked it very much. Setting the desired temperature is a hassle tough - even though it has a Nest thermostat - it will reset every now and that and will only work within a pre-defined range.

The apartment was outstanding! We have 4 sons ranging from ages 18-12 and the 2 bed-room, 2 bath apartment was perfect for us! It was clean and well maintained. The view was over-the-top GORGEOUS! We woke up everyday looking at the Statue of Liberty! We visited Times Square, the Empire State Building, One World Trade, the 9/11 Memorial, and the Statue of Liberty while we were there. The apartment was perfectly positioned for easy access to all of that!
The cons for our stay...few "family", reasonably priced restaurants and PARKING!!! You can't park on the street or you are ticketed, even though there are no signs prohibiting that! If you park in the garage associated with the apartment, it costs an UNGODLY amount of money ON TOP OF the very expensive stay in the apartment!

Apartment was basic, that I could cope with, but the blinds in the bedroom were broken and did not cover the entire window so full blazing light at 5pm.. not good when you are jet lagged as well as providing no privacy. The air conditioning vent in the bedroom was barely working so you had to keep the bedroom door open in order to feel the benefit of the cool air from the living room. Annoyingly the cool air in the living room pumped right out above the window and onto the metal vertical blinds causing them to bash against each other when they were closed, so again had to open these fully to stop the noise and add to the light pouring into the apartment come 5am every morning. The carpet was also pretty stained in the bedroom.. a little bit grim.
You also have to wash any crockery you use and empty all of the bins before you leave.. added jobs you don’t need when you are trying to get into the office to work and unnecessary given the apartment will be cleaned upon departure anyway, surely this would be part of the job.

Rented a 2 bedroom Apt. the first of June and was very pleased with my choice! It was a beautiful, modern, upscale and well appointed accommodation. The area was just on the edge of a lovely brownstone area and it seemed as though this particular location was getting some "new life" re-construction. Half a block away was a new cinema and common area which was very nice, several restaurants either end of the block, good bus access. Probably the only negative was the parking, but then again you are in the city.
