I typically wash my car myself and here's the reason why. With car wash spots like this one they are more about production and speed than quality and technique. I ask for a inside and out hand wash. They start with the outside and finished with the inside, washing the outside without using the proper top to bottom technique, which is a big no-no for a "professional". Then when they do the inside I had to ask them to use the air and blow out the crevices before he vacuums. they didn't wash my rubber mats. To top it all off they use a hand towel, not a microfiber towel, but a hand towel with the tags still on them to spray wax the car, and tell me it's ok on black cars. I know everyone isn't as particular as I am but for a every company out there you have to follow the basic guide lines in that particular field. I wouldn't refer this place to anyone.
