I left a laptop with these guys to reinstall windows. They call me and tell me I have problems with my keyboard and internet port and the guy's trying to tell me that he will need to repair. I know that this is bogus because I had no problem with either. When I pick up my machine the guy offers to install software for me (and his buddy is sitting behind him laughing at me). When I get home, I find out my internet port no longer works and neither does my cd drive. So the only way I can install software now is by using an external drive.
