I made a puchase for 'Herman Miller Embody Chair in Black' at Oct 7th 2015 at a relatively low price. After waiting for server days, I found they did not send me the package at all.
I tried to touch base with them by email. The following is how they reply:

This is the worst online shopping experience of my life.
How can a seller took our money and did nothing, when the buyer asks then just reply oversold?
