Designer Optics

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I ordered glasses 4 weeks ago and have still not received them. I have called twice and emailed once. Each time I am told that they will be shipped out. As in, THEY WERE NEVER SHIPPED IN THE FIRST PLACE. TWICE!!! I do not believe I will ever get them and will be out $75. I just received an email today saying that they will be shipped out today. TODAY! I ordered them August 2nd! I think this business may be a scam and they place many fake reviews talking about the "process". Who says that? The company also sends you a tracking number, but the number only goes so far as to say that the company ordered a tracking number, it never actually gets to the mail office.

The process was seamless. I placed my order on July 2, 2016 and sent an email the next week to check on my order. The customer service agent was extremely professional.

I received my glasses and the RX is perfect, the packaging was excellent and the glasses are beautiful. I have already recommended Designer Optics to several people because of their customer service, professionalism and more so their prices. The same frames at Saks Fifth Avenue was $175 more than Designer Optics.
