Designer Hardwood Floors

We had a very good experience with this company. They were very clear about the process. When movers scuffed the floor and left a mark I called him and left a message. He called back and arranged to come over the same day to fix the problem. We are very satisfied with the work and the look of the floor. We had a very good experience with the customer service as well.

Designer Hardwood Floors did a fairly good job. But when we found a small problem with a small puddle of dried polyurethane that wasn't spread out like it should have been we called the owner a total of five times and got 'no' call back. Six cell phone calls to the fellow that did all the work we got, '' I'll be by at 5," but he never showed up. The next call, he said I can't make it today." Finally a full seven days later he showed up at 8:30 PM. They made a mountain out of a mole hill. The boss should have at least called us back with the first phone call and said, don't worry, we will take care of the problem. But he didn't, they finally did after a total of eleven phone calls and a full seven days later. So, you should act accordingly. .
