DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They are ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! They kept my vacuum for almost 30 days WITHOUT EVER CALLING me and then when I finally got through to them, RICHARD who claims to be the owner but refused to give me his last name, screamed and yelled and kept hanging up the phone. After numerous and repeated calls, he finally spoke with me and stated the repair is not covered under the Miele warranty and was trying to bill me almost the full price of the vacuum for the repair, when Miele clearly indicated it was covered!

Staff was polite and knowleable. They charge a $10 no-refundable fee. They found nothing wrong with my appliance, called me the next day and charged me only the $10. No rip-off there.

The manager Richard is so rude and nasty - if you ask him a question the answer is no -- he cannot be bothered to follow up on an order he justs screams and says NO ! Why does he work there if he is so miserable. Unfortunately I purchased a vacumn there and they are the only store that carries the brand,
It is a pity that customers have to be abused when they want to purchase an item.
