Dependable Plumbing & Heating

I used to work for this company and let me tell you if the owner could fix any of your plumbing problems with duct tape he would everything was about cutting corners and rush rush rush to the next one the last straw was working in the winter when all pipes are freezing and bursting and he's trying to keep you out there from 7 am to 3 am I worked it because of course it's your job you gotta do what you gotta do right ? But the worst thing was to work 70 hours in a week and for the owner to think oh I'll pay him for 45 hours not realizing not everyone he deals with is a moron and he admits oops your right so I quit on the spot and found another job immediately that paid more and I actually wasn't a working mule you would think oh you don't have to deal with them anymore thank god right wronnng were now in February and this company I guess had there feelings hurt when I left has told me they sent my w2 form in the mail twice but still no form i know the laws a little iffy but I know it's supposed to ship out by Jan 31st please beware of this company if you noticed you were told 4pm and and there's still no plumber by 6pm my suggestion call another company you'd be saving a lot of money and a big headache

This company is absolutely fabulous!! Not only were they courteous and kind they took the time in going above and beyond by educating me and showing me a step by step of my plumbing problem. Overall the visit was just a worry free and error free visit. They're seriously far more reasonable with their pricing than any plumbing company. This is the 2nd time that Dependable have serviced my home and I have to say I will never deal with another other plumbing company except Dependable Plumbing.

I had a similar bad experience to the person above. Everything was fine in calling them up, setting up the appointment. they charged me $200 for 20 min work and 40 mins arguing over the fact that he realized that there was a leak in the faucet, the entire faucet needs to be replaced, and that they dont deal with those faucets, so i would be responsible to get a new faucet and call them up to install it.

I ended up finding the supplier for this faucet and it turns out only a small pipe needs to be replaced, not the entire faucet. Once i called them back to install it, they wanted to charge me another $200 for what is likely no more than 5 minutes to install it back in. What a rip-off...I said forget it and found someone else...
