Please read all the reviews on Yelp, Yellowpages & Google, they are very accurate. I feel that 1 star is one star too many. I have only had a negative experience with the customer service representatives and the business as a whole. The owner, Steven has yet to return my call, after I asked more than once to speak to him. Hopefully, families on Staten Island & New Jersey do not have to waste their valuable time and be subjected to a business such as this. Just for the record, the definition of slander is the action or crime of making a FALSE spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation. I have not and will not make false statements. It's unreasonable to think this many people are slandering this business. Here are the events as they occurred: The fist repairman/technician was incompetent in assessing the problem with my appliance or resolving the issue, in fact he told us that there was nothing wrong with it. After another call was made and more time was wasted. Then, we were given a second date and time slot- he didn't show... He came the next day... Late! However, it was finally then that he was able to see that in fact there was a part that needed to be replaced. We were asked to wait 7-10 business days for the part to come in. We called and asked to speak to the manager or owner well after the date the part should have already been installed. Those requests were ignored and we have yet to hear from him. After 2 weeks or the 14th business day we were told that the part is NOT in stock, unavailable, and discontinued. Excuse me, but, I'm sure that if they had ordered the part when they said they did they would have known sooner than 2 weeks that the part was not in stock. They did not have any consideration for the customer or the business, such as the warranty company that hired them. After all this time waiting for this part. In one day, the manufacturer and the warranty company was able to locate the part and mail it to my house. Luckily, they will be sending a reliable and honorable appliance repair service to fix my appliance. When you get an extended warranty from Home Depot, Sears or Lowes make sure you are able to choose a reputable repair service to let into your home. In addition, what is dependable about this company is their nasty responses to honest reviews. If you want positive reviews, you should provide services to warrant such.

Absolutely worst experience ever. 4-hour window, which is fine. They called me during that window to confirm, twice within a 2 min-window, while I was on the other line and couldn't pick up. Called back 1 minute later to confirm that someone was home, they never showed up and claimed the technician was no longer in my area. In 1 minute they are not available anymore? Took a half day off of work, now need to reschedule and take another half day of work off??? I'm sure they're not going to reimburse me for the time I missed from work. DO NOT USE!!!

Repairman was sent to my house on Wednesday to fix my washing machine. The washer repair technician Jeffrey K was able to detect the problem right away. He was extremely courteous, and answered my questions politely.. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.
Jeff is very professional highly trained.

lowes sent a repair man from dependale appliance under the extended warranty to fix a dishwasher that caused a major flood in my house. the watts stainless hose connector broke .the tech had no parts on the truck. i bought a new connector in advance of dependable showing up cause i new what the problem was. i even told them in advance . the tech put on my connector that i bought in 5 minutes and left. i called lowes and asked them if dependable billed them for the part that i bought that i bought. they were paid 87.00 dollars by lowes and told lowes they adjusted and repaired loose drain pump.this is a total lie. i called dependale and refused to speak to me. they are total thieves and liars. i am reporting this to the b.b.b. consumer affairs lowes the attorney generals office and my own lawyers i will do what ever i can to stop lowes from using this corrupt company.

I agree with other reviewers 100%. This operation is unprofessional and totally inconsiderate of their l customers. They are not serious about their appointment scheduling when I had to lose time and money to be available for them. They lied to me and Whirlpool home appliances to try to save their own face which was so obvious it was shameful. These people will frustrate you nothing else, so try to avoid them. The Whirlpool home appliances, which I have extended contract with for several appliances were not able to do anything.
