Customer Service pre-show was excellent. No issue and very reasonably priced for services.
The issue's arose when it came time for the Setup. The laborers did not speak english and in return my team ended up doing majority of the set up and guessing game as to how our booth was to be set up. At one point when the booth was not clicking into place one of the laborers brought out an electric saw ready to re-size our booth to make it fit together. Quote from one of my team members: It was an IKEA SET UP gone bad as the laborers could not read the instructions on piecing our booth together.
During the dismantle and outbound I remotely from Seattle had to obtain all the information that the convention center in Las Vegas needed for ship-out and had was answering questions to the coordinator at DEOWORKS that had made the arrangements. They did not simplify my job as they are to know the ins and outs of the process and requirements for incoming and outbound.
Possibly they are a Jr company that needs to get a few more shows under their belt. I highly suggest they get in the loop with laborers that can read and speak English so that the process is less painful for the client. The lack of communication took hours away from what my team was in Vegas for and we lost many hours due to having to assist a team of laborers that should have known the process and could problem solve without almost destroying a booth.
