Dentz Auto Body

My Dad & my family have been going for years and just recently had an accident with his new car. The owner gave a verbal price then waited until he the job was done and he cashed the insurance check and made him pay an extra $500 just because he could take advantage of an older person that is non-confrontational. Since we trusted his word he used this to his advantage and while my dad was explaining things in a controlled manner he shouted and threatened to call the police if he did not pay immediately and stop complaining. I would be cautious as there are plenty of good honest auto body shops in the area. I am also sending out a tweet to my 2 Mil followers to review to Dentz if they have any experiences with them in the past.

Never Had a problem great place to get car body work done. Anthony, the owner, is a great guy. We had an accident and he took care of it like we were family. He would go the extra mile for you! Highly recommend.

poor work ethics. terrible management and horrible customer service. You're better off trying to do the work yourself then they go to this place . they're not worth the headache
