Would have rated it a zero. Horrible horrible attitude and customer service. Not willing to help in selection of granite. They assured me their customer service didn't matter, bc I couldn't go anywhere else and find granite quality as superior as theirs. I hate to break it to you, but its a rock out of the ground. It's the same everywhere I go.
P.S. I went somewhere else and was very happy with the quality of my stone...and the customer service.
