I built a new dental office and purchased a statim autoclave that was advertised as "NEW" ebay (this is 2015). When we installed the statim, it had a problem leaking water, so we contacted the manufacturer who confirmed the statim is 15 years old! Dental Wholesale will not return our phone calls, so we are going to the police. Fraudulent seller-BEWARE!! Dental Wholesale stole $4,000 from us. We had to buy a new statim from our dental supply rep for $4,500.
