I experienced tgis place like a chop shop. 3 people for extraxtions in and tge dentist went around popping them out.
I need to be clear about some things as these are the reasons I will not go back:
1. The xray machine had no mouth plastic cover for sanitation. The tech had no real care about it to put the cover on or how I was to be positioned, the machine hit me and my cover fell I had to struggle to hold ut whilw Xray was going on. To be clear the machine hit me.. the tech did not care just showed me where the other room was.
2. Whwn I was in the other room nothing was covered with sanitary plastic covers not the chair I was going to sit in, no the water thing not the light , you catch my drift I was so skeeved looking around having a panic attack my tooth throbbing trying to be grateful that they would pull it? I wish there was someone who could go in to inspect that place.
3. You do not need a escort to leave! I saw people still clearly drowsy walk out. You wake up in chairs that are like when you see asthma patients at a bad ER next to each other. I spoke to the dr. Before I went under for about 2 mins. I do not know how he saw the xray because I moved the entire time. But I never saw or spoke to him again. I was handed a sheet with some gauze in a ziplock (to be clear zip lock is not sterile) 2 prescriptions and thats it. I was lucky a friend wss outside because I was in no shape to do anything.
4. I rate it a 2 because the women there really are not terrible they are from what it seems doing paper work and wearing multiple hats, being nurses, front desk management, answering phones etcs still remaining pleasant etc. I did not even see them take a break to eat (they ate while doing work) and I waited a long time. I am sure that can lead to faulty training on sanitation and real how to dentist stuff in order to get the day to day done.
5. Also I appreciated the Saturday appt. And after care call. Even if the info was questionable.
I hope this helps someone else in their search or what to expect, if I ever did have to go back I would advocate for myself so much more and for sanitary conditions. Be well also READ what they have you sign 6 pages.

Lots of eye candy but low quality care for sure.I was instructed to arrive @ 7:30 am but F-ing D-bag shows up almost an hour late to work so i don't get seen tll almost 9am. The dentist does not respect patient enough to advise what he is doing, i get stuck with a needle in arm (first @ dentist) and next memory i had was being super out of it and having an assistant help me to a different waiting area. No one asked for my consent to be put under. They refused my request for a specific pain killer as codeine does not agree with me. And finally before i left i asked the assistant when do i return to get stitches out and was told they are self dissolving. I get home and find two gaping wounds in my mouth NO STITCHES. 8 HOURS LATER & I'M STILL BLEEDING, CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY CASUALLY ADMITTED THAT ASSISTANT LIED TO ME

Convenient but don't expect good service.
1. The waiting room is hot and crowded and you may have to stand for some time.
2. Payment is taken during your evaluation. I guess they expect you to run out after.
3. The listed roster of doctors is not accurate and misrepresents the quality of the dentists and number of dentists available. There was one dentist available the day I went.
4. After I woke up from the general anesthesia I was given simple instructions on paper. I did not get face time with the surgeon afterwards for instructions or information on the surgery.

I went to Dental Oral Surgery LLC to get my Wisdom Tooth remove and I only have good things to say about this place. I'll recommend it to anyone looking for a great Dentist.
The registration for new patient was quick and easy. The representative was very attentive and fast and answer all my questions in a professional manner.
I didn't wait long to get my X-Rays and after 10-15 minutes the dentist saw me. Dr. Mimi Park was really good doing the extraction of my Wisdom tooth - she explained the whole process before we started, answered all my questions and during the extraction was magnificent. After the surgery she explained me the things I could and couldn't do in the next 24 hours and I even got a call from the office a day later to ask "how was I doing" ON A SUNDAY....
I don't know why this place doesn't have a bunch of good reviews here, so that's the reason I decided to be the first.
