Dental Oral Surgery

I went to today after my general dentist gave me a referral I saw them online heard of them thru word of mouth got their 745 am walk in 800 to 1000 am got seen by 1200 he put me to sleep talk to me explain the procedure I was scared looking at the xray wisdom teeth in the back packed down dangerous he did excellent job I felt very safe and comfortable they asked me was I escorted by someone they sent my medicine to a near by pharmacy would recommend highly if I ever need that type of work done again I would go back there thanks you guys still sore just had it done at 1200 pm lol

Today was my second visit to this location. I had such a bad experience. I do not recommend Bradley Hirsch DMD if you are not having sedation. He was was really rough and in a hurry. He did not wait long enough to make sure I was fully numb. He asked if I felt pain and gave me another shot. Then continued right back with the extraction. He stated "That is why we suggest being sedated". It appeared he was the only Dentist in the office, with about 20 or more patients waiting. I assume he does not have the time to wait until you are fully numb with so many people waiting. His service was not acceptable. I left not satisfied. The representative at the desk charged my debit card for the incorrect amount. I had to call my bank to remove the hold so the correct charge could post. Such an inconvenience, having to talk to your bank when you just had your tooth pulled. Low fees for bad service.
