Demi Salon

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly young lady on reception, she answered my questions, took my coat, offered me refreshments and then pencilled me into the next available stylist (which she also advised me the cost without me having to asking). I sat and waited on a nice, clean leather sofa and waited just a few minutes until my stylist was available. Alexa, my stylist, was warm, friendly and knowledgably, I felt completely comfortable with her as soon as I sat in the chair. The salon was clean, modern, and had some good music playing at the correct volume. But, all this is just added bonuses, I have to say that this haircut was the best I have ever had, without exception! I am from London and so I’m used to nice London salons cutting my hair, the service I received here was as good as any London salon and the haircut was truly better. I have very thick, difficult hair and Alexa really worked something special. I shall be going back here for many years to come.

Absolutely the WORST service and haircut I've ever gotten. JANICE did my haircut and I ended up going home with one side framing my face 2" shorter than the other. She was too busy taking care of her friend and chatting to even talk to me about what I wanted. I heard her laughing when someone came to tell her that the color she did on a client -while working on my hair- came out way too light blond. She was rushing so much to get through this haircut that she kept scraping my ear with her comb…I was appalled that this is the service I received after waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time. Such incompetence and carelessness - I wish I could show a photo of my haircut to the owners!! Do not waste your money and time. There are many other better salons around.

Absolutely, hands-down, BEST haircut I've ever had....I had Janice and she was fantastic! I showed her one picture of something similar to what I wanted and with little direction she gave me a "look" rather than just a haircut. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!
