This place is absolutely terrible. If you get into an accident DO NOT LET THEM TOW it find someone else asap. They charged me $500 for removal of my car and its wasn't even there for 24 hours.Please tell me how they came to this conclusion. They wanted all my insurance information and claim info which was irrelevant since I did NOT want to sue them for repairs and was moving my car from their facility. The male workers are great and very professional but the older female at reception is a complete disaster

Be very careful with these guys... I am giving 2 stars because he did, all in all, help me out of a tight spot.
One of them winced my car by the subframe instead of the tow hitch, causing damages. I had to replace the bent subframe for over $1k. He also towed by rear-wheel-drive car by the front tires, dragging the rear tires, which is a BIG nono for RWD cars - could have costed me a transmission. Did not know this at the time, but was told by another tow guy and confirmed with experts. Avoid if possible.
