Called for a cab lastnight and got picked up.. the driver had 2 other friends in the vehicle with him. They were arguing and yelling at eachother. The guy was driving and looking at us in the back seat and said "wow, you guys came out of nowhere" HE WAS TRIPPING ON DRUGS! We immediately told him to pull over and walked the rest of the way. We called the cab company and the police. Crazy you take a cab to be safe and we didnt even feel safe doing that!!

When you call, the company always tells you that they will send a taxi in 20 minutes or less. It is NEVER 20 minutes or less. Taxis are always late and are often carrying way to many people so that you can never plan accordingly. The people who take your calls are nice, but the dispatcher has been rude and not attentive almost everytime. Skip calling and just grab an Uber or Lyft - they usually hang out in Northern BLVD and can get to anywhere in Port Washington area in less than 15 minutes.

One of the best transportation companies I have used. They were professional clean and polite.I had them transport my parents to NYC for medical care they were friendly and treated them like gold. Worth spending the money.

No pre sure to the drivers by taking long route and also the owner loves good & save drivers respect professional drivers for the best costume service , I love it so far. Kebere manage. From las vegas nv
