A recent Delta Children purchase via Amazon came with some damaged parts. We called Delta Children directly, hoping to avoid shipping back the enormous package we had already opened. They replaced the damaged parts, no questions asked, and saved us from having to deal with the hassle of return shipments. Excellent customer service!
