Worst car service, the lady that works there comes up with the stupidest excuses and she has an attitude with everyone. Also, I was 15 minutes away from the place and it took 1 hour for me to realize that this taxi was never going to show up. Matamoros is way better, this company sucks

Needs to be more accurate with their timing especially when you have GPS navigation.

Worst cab service ever. They are never on time, and every time you call to ask where the cab is, they say "It's coming". Wait time is always at least 25 minutes. Very unprofessional

they said they didnt have any cabs in the area, meanwhile im up the street from their service
