missed my flight going home and no one seems to care. my seat was given away when I got there 90 min early. I was sent too two different lines. I showed my ticket and my mobile app ticket. Once I got to the front for the 3rd time they found me but the cut off time was already passed. I missed all my events and my deposits for these event where lost. Customer care doesn't work what's so ever. Phone calls never work not even emails.

DELTA is very commercial unreasonable airline, they use bait a switch to get you put your credit card info in to book a ticket then change the price when they send you a receipt.

Much better flight experience than our past flights with American. Will only fly delta from now on.

The best airline ever

The worst airline in the western world. Supervisor at EWR (615pm on 04/12/2015), needs special classes in English. She must realize that she works in a busy International airport.
The staff are rude and less then helpful. Made me wonder if Delta employ staff on a volunteer basis or a bare minimum wage.
I paid $365 extra per person to rebook my flight to London on Virgin Air instead of flying with Delta. (we were a family of 5). We are seasoned travellers and have used many airlines in the past and will do so in the future, but we will never use DELTA.
The first and last point in any civilised country is usually an airport, and should be warm and accommodating, not hostile.
