I had been searching for a qualified Nutritionist for quite some time. I found Maria through a mutual contact and I immediately contacted her. She has been an amazing support system and has helped me with managing my eating patterns. Her meal plans are very realistic and easy to follow. I would recommend her to anyone searching for the proper guidance and support!

Maria Dello will help you create a healthy life. She will teach you what you need to know to keep your body in excellent condition. She can also show you how to read food labels,shop for healthy foods and teach you how to cook them right in your own home. There is no better nutritionist.
