Delkap Management Inc

They were really a pleasure to deal with. Now that I live in NJ in a different apartment I realize how good they really were. I'm sure rentals are a pain, but seems like I never get change now unless I ask the super and follow him around until he finishes it or threaten to withhold rent. Never had to play any of these games with Delkap.

Delkap Management doesnot care about people , they only care about money and take advantage of the law of NY to Bully people , they dont work , they dont answer phone , messages , letters , they just simply send the summon from their Lawyer !!!! I think that the only way they make money ! , we can NEVER talk to Delkap managemnt or Board or their Lawyer for the problems we have had for 15 yrs . How? we dont have right totalk to them ????? The Law only to protect them ........ I dont think so , They act ,they bully us as in the Communist country ........ most of the owneers in my Building very angry , but we dont have money to pay for our Lawyer , so DK and their Lawyer have free time to do their Trick with NY Law . We have to bring ours story to NY Times or NY Newsday sometimes . Im not good in English (that why they Bully me ) but I will ask my neighbor to do for me .This is America , I dont think their act can continue to be exist ...............

Building structure: Our contractor discovered the strange and inappropriate use of building materials, irregular plumbing piping, as well as the unsafe wiring of outlets while renovating our unit. These buildings appear to have been unconventionally constructed using make-shift materials.
Board Management: Expect the office staff to be rude, unattentive, disrespectful, and avoident. They definitely work against the unit owner's rights. Also expect harassment, overt and covert, from the management if you make a complaint. Be aware that board management placement is based solely on who is most favorable to the management company and their attorneys. Also note that their attorneys are extremely crooked and crude. Attending a board meeting or simply dealing with Delkap Management, including their office staff, managing board, and their attorneys, is like dealing with a group of teenagers with little to no organization, education or common mannerism. There's no accountability or fairness in dealing with any aspect of DelKap Management.
Billing: Expect your common charges to have constant increases and add-on charges for extensive periods of time, beyond what Delkap Managment states they'll be. Expect no recourse or debate regarding these charges. You'll have no choice, no voice, and strictly obligation.

Management is poor. Christine is not responsive to shareholders needs, I think she has her own agenda which is not in sync with the best interest of our building...Kinsor Corp. Repairs are started and not completed in a timely manner. Management doesn't return phone calls !! The building is constantly having assessments because the money that the building generates is poorly spent. Need I go on ???

They only deal with a few condos and co-ops in Lindenwood. They don't know anything about the area or other listings, they only want to sell the listings they have in the few buildings they have to sell from.
