Never go there. After the purchase, I found prices of the merchandise 40% lower price at another store nearby. Delancey refused to even acknowledge the rates. Tiles were from same manufacturer, exact make and model. They turned a blind eye and refused to cancel the order. Having a decent mark-up is one thing, I was literally duped.
Never ever go there!! Nice to interact with but cunning at extracting money! BEWARE
