I was having an emergency and needed to transport my DYING cat to the hospital. I called the company TWICE. Once to order the cab and a second time to cancel it because my kitty unfortunately passed shortly after it was ordered. The man on the phone told me to stop calling because I was being annoying and hung up on me. I used to love this service until this happened. Don't use this company if anything is time sensitive or if you ever want to be treated respectfully. Shame on all of you.

worst place ever man. guy on the phone acted like he had a tampon up his butt. Would like to see him in real life so we can see if he really is a wannabe tough guy.

Bad service ever.never showed up on time and bring 2 or 3 passengers every time. Always late for work when I called dejoys

This literally is a miracle cab company! Best ever than all the others I dealt with.. I'm The Queen of Lateness and whenever I call them I always make the boat. I called at 9:48am and they were in front by 9:51am I got to the ferry at 9:55am and made the 10am Boat!!! I love Dejoys! Wish they worked nationwide!!

They never show up and when they do they over charge...they left me waiting for a cab 3 times never showing up...n today made me walk to the cab in the rain with my child cause the idiot cab driver couldn't figure out how to get across the street...then tried to overcharge me...only to get mad that I told him he was wrong and kick me and my daughter out in the rain...needless to say they'll never get my business again...
