Made a reservation online, it was simple and intuitive. Service at the shop was prompt and friendly. I dealt with Joel who was very helpful. The shop itself looks a little run down but the van I rented was spotless and ran perfectly. And a 6 hour rental was only about 70 dollars including the gas I put in it. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.
