He might be an okay (NOT GREAT AT ALL) doctor but his staff is the worst. Not only are they rude and literally either hang up on you or put you on hold forever, but they do not process billing information correctly. I ended up having to pay a ton of money for a bill because they lost my insurance information and sent it to the wrong insurance company. By the time they did process the bill through my insurance, my insurance denied the claim because it was not done in a timely manner. I've also heard a receptionist have attitude with people on the phone when I was at the office. They think they are doing a favor to people, not earning their salary.
