Hit or miss depending on what you need. good prices but a self help store you have to know what you need, staff is very unhelpful

while I was in the store I found only one item and needed a second to match. The manager BJ refused to come to speak to me and sent the clerk to tell me that he didn't make calls to other D II stores to check for additional items. He had the nerve to send clerk to me with a phone number and wanted me to go call the other store. Guess I'll make the trip to Walmart from now on since I won't be shopping here.

I went to this Dee & Dee's today after well over 10 years of being a loyal customer and I don't think I will EVER shop there again. An employee of the store essentially stole 20 dollars from me. Long story short, I dropped the 20 and she claimed it was hers. The rest of the staff, especially the manager was very understanding and helpful, but since the cameras didn't catch it, there was not much she could do. She gave me the slippers I went there to purchase for free and I was so greatful but I simply don't feel comfortable shopping there with thieves working there (who is the theif? she is the older lady possibly of Guyanaese descent with one with half her front teeth missing if you were curious...)
