First time there and never again. I spent 8 hours in waiting room for my car to get fixed. At the end when they're doing a wheel alignment the machine breaks some bolt in the back of my car which now has to be ordered for the next day. I have to get a car from Enterprise which I have to pay for and then submit a receipt to my extended warranty company for reimbursement. One would think they would have covered the rental since it was their fault. Next day when I pick up my car the cashier tells me the only person who knows how I can get reimbursed for the rental is the service person I dealt with originally and he's gone for the day. I finally found another service rep on my own who gave me the phone # of the warranty company for me to call. When I finally get into my car I see that there is black grease on my white leather driver seat. They finally clean it up and I'm on my way. Never, ever again. The best part was Ray's pizza 1 block away.

Terrible!!! Classic bait and switch practices!
They called me Thursday during the day, telling me to come in because they had some great deals on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I came in and the salesman told me the only way I could get the deal would be to sign the lease that day (definitely BS). I said I couldn't commit that day so the salesman said I could leave a $500 deposit so the deal would still be there tomorrow ,I sign the lease agreement we shake hands, he says the deal is approved and I leave expecting to come get my car Friday . I get a call early on Friday morning telling me they can no longer do that deal at that price.
: So i say ok that's fine, I will just take my $500 deposit back and be on my way. He says he will call me right back but never does. So I drive 40 minutes to the dealership to get my $500 back. After about an hour of waiting and trying to convince me to pay more for the car, they finally decide to give me money back. Although the receipt I have says approved offline, so I am not sure i will ever see that money.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I was happy doing business at these dealership. I recently bought a preowned vehicle in great condition at a very reasonable price. The salesperson was friendly and understood my needs and budget. He kept me informed during the process and did his best to move things along. Thank you to the team at DeCozen!!

Worst customer experience ever. Brought my jeep in for warranty brake service and quickly discovered why everyone else has a problem with this dealership. The service "advisor" is nothing more than a washed up salesman who tries to cross-sell you right from the start. When I didn't bite any customer service went out the door. 3 days later I picked up my jeep and nearly crashed the vehicle leaving the lot because the brakes were not operating correctly even after the "advisor" claimed to have test drove it. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in this dealership. Good luck to those that do.

WE WERE ALSO TOLD TO GET THE "F*&%" OUT BY THE SALES PERSON!!!
My husband and I are shocked to have gone into this dealership and been treated so badly. I cannot believe this dealership even exists. Also, I have never seen so many bad reviews on google, which tells me that other customers will do anything to share their horrible stories. The staff (from the receptionist to the manager) were truly the most unprofessional "gang" of people that we had to deal with. I wish I had read these reviews before I had to deal with such hostile people. When we went into the dealership, we waited for several hours with our little 2 year old daughter to see the sales person. The sales person kept us waiting for hours (not exaggerating), intermittently sending us on a wild goose chase looking for random cars in the lot in the hottest day of the year. Eventually once the sales person did decide to come to us (literally hours later) he told us he cannot help us and we have to return on another day because banks are closed and dealership was closing. All we asked him was, why were we kept waiting for hours if he wasn't going to help us despite having an appointment with him. All of the staff members then ganged up and told us to get the F*&$ out for questioning the sales person. He started screaming that we are "cheap" multiple times and ripped up our contract for the car. I'm not sure why anyone in the world would need to talk like that for a logical question. We hope that no one has to deal with the people in this dealership and hence, we are sharing our story with anyone and everyone. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!
