Terrible people terrible. They will keep adding new balances with them . Paid all my accounts with them and now they said i still owe a balance its my lifes mission to tear this company apart im going straight to the better business Bureau because i have all my calls recorded and paperwork documented they are crooks

Never got anything in the mail they just want your money! An unknown debt caused me my credit score!!! They did not help at all

same here total run around no help!
never lived in delaware, for a fios account! i am from new jersey!
verizon is a fraudulent company
verizon makes you give info over and over again!
filed dispute with experian and new jersey consumer affairs
Verizon through there so called forum said i had to call FRONTIER SERVICES and "REACH OUT" to them! WHO THE HELL ARE THEY!
Frontier does not handle accounts in Delaware ,where fraud account is located for Verizon fios!
I have a wife and children to vouch for me that i never lived in Delaware!
HIRING A ATTORNEY IS THE ONLY WAY WITH THEM
