I came here for drinks with my friend. The bouncer let us in right away probably because we're girls. We got a prime seat at the bar and ordered some cocktails. The menu was pretty extensive for drinks but not much for food so we decided not to eat there. We ordered some gin and rum cocktails, shaken not stirred. I enjoyed the Easy Breezy and the Paper Tiger the most. The flavors were interesting. I would return since this place doesn't seem that hard to get into unlike other speakeasies in NYC.

The five star is for the grass kilt drink... The other drinks were not that unique, I had better luck in velveteen rabbit, and @the broken shaker.

Behind a nondescript door that you might otherwise walk straight pass lies this lovely little den of inequity! Do be careful as they have a very strict door policy- absolutely no one gets in without ID. As I was a traveller I'd not taken my passport out, and I had to return to my apartment to get it as I didn't want to miss out! Once in, the space was really nice and intimate- big variety of cocktails and all quite inventive. Definitely recommend to anyone else in the area.

One of the coolest bars I've been to in NY & some amazing cocktails. Love the discreet door/sign and that they have no standing room & seat everyone. You can actually talk and enjoy your night with your group. Of course be prepared for a wait (put your name in and then head to another bar down the block) and some expensive drinks.

Usually a wait to get in on the weekends. Don't even try if you have over 4 people. Chat with the bartender to get some brownie points and he might try to get you in quicker. Drinks are pretty good, but doesn't really differentiate from the many other speakeasies in the area
