I made a telephone order from California for a sympathy spray. Rosie who took the order rushedly tried to hustle me with a vague description and then suggested I look at their website.. Second call was received by a rude young woman with coarse accent. A "Toney" establishment this is not.
Order was for $300 spray consisting of kiwi and white oak leaf hydrangeas, large philodendron leaves, not palm fronds, and touches of blue delphinium or some other true blue, not purplplish blue spears. There was absolutely no mention of ribbon. A call back asked that white lilies or some other fragrant flower be added. This was assured. I was confident that a tasteful arrangement would be sent. Instead, there was a monstrous ribbon and punish hydrangeas. I would not recommend making telephone orders to this establishment. I also question whether they take their customer orders conscientiously, but arbitrarily do what they want and cost cut. Not a sensitive subjectway to treat people who are suffering grief.
