Where do we start... The Bus was more like a mini-van. We had paid for 3 seats and ended up with 2 seats and the driver placed my son on a pull-out seat. There was another couple that came after us - which had paid for there tickets and made reservations. And the driver wouldn't let them on. He told them that he had no more room. He told them he only had two more of the pull-out seats in the walkway. The couple was a very tall gentleman and the lady was an elderly woman. REALLLYYYYY - If you pay for a seat and get reservations you should get a REAL seat. Then the tour began. I am an american which speaks English and Spanish - Well our lovely tour guide spoke mostly Chinese.... the majority of the bus was filled with chinese people - but my family (2 adults, 2 children) speak ENGLISH.... really !!!! he spoke did the entire tour in Chinese.... he only translated very few landmarks to us. And it was very difficult to understand him. I wish someone would of placed an Honest reveiw on here. Never again from this company.
